Our Kick Start Kickboxing training is Fitness with a Purpose!

Our FITNESS system incorporates the benefits of Kickboxing, Yoga, interval training, strength training, and nutrition coaching.


Because we also believe that a sound body is only part of the equation, we also train to strengthen our minds and spirit with our Yoga session.


Our Fitness Kickboxing members tell us that their focus, their attitudes, and overall mental state have improved significantly since joining our program; not to mention that they are losing weight and having a blast in the process while using our FitRanX System!

What is FitranX?

FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels.


This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.

How Does FitRanx Work?

With FitRanX, we run our clients through a series of fitness tests. There are 8 FitRanX Levels with corresponding colours that represent each rank.


By the end of the 28 Day Kick Start Program you will be ready to take the level 1 test.

Who Are We Looking For?

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

Must be willing to come to our facility 2-4 days per week.

Must be motivated to get results.

Must be willing to commit to the entire 28 days. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all the hard work.

Must have the willpower to track your nutrition? We give you the tools that you need to succeed.

Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.

Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!

Must leave your ego at the door. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we've been through.

This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.

Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible. STEP 1
