This week’s challenge is all about the POWER of your POSTURE!


Consider it a little whisper in your ear to STAND UP STRAIGHT!


🧍‍♀️ When you’re standing (or sitting) up tall, you:


● feel better

● look better

● boost your energy

● breathe better

● have fewer aches & pains


When your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle are lined up vertically – your posture is probably on point!


👌 Your core should be engaged and your shoulders back.


The challenge: Every time you look at your phone this week, check your posture!


✅Good to know: slouching is linked with shoulder, neck, and back pain more headaches shallower breathing and even a higher risk of falling as you get older!
