That’s crazy, right??


🥒That’s why this week … it’s VEGGIE WEEK!


Your challenge: eat at least ONE SERVING of VEGETABLES at every meal (even breakfast).


Official guidelines call for:


● 2½ cups (5 servings) for women

● 3½ cups (7 servings) for men


🥦Vegetables are loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients your body needs to function at its best.


👉 Some tips for getting your veggies:


● Add greens or other veggies to scrambled eggs

● Make a green smoothie

● Stir them into your sauces and soups

● Snack on celery and carrot sticks

● Add them to curries, stir-fries, chili, and more

● Sneak them into other recipes: meatloaf, burgers, guacamole
